Offir joined the Armoza team in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer. A Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience, he oversees the group’s global financial strategy, budgeting, and accounting operations. Prior to joining Armoza, Offir held several executive finance roles, including CFO at Twine Solutions and VP Finance at Cisco. He also brings extensive experience from his tenure as a Manager at Ernst & Young, where he supervised audits for TASE and NASDAQ companies. In addition to his financial expertise, Offir holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Ono Academic College, as well as a B.A. in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.
